At Tailor Investments I manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations: sourcing, CV screening, phone screening, HR interviews, candidate assessment, job offers, onboarding, employee files, attendance follow-up, probation tracking, employee relations, performance follow-up and HR reporting.
During the company's rebuild phase I established the recruitment tracker, candidate database, interview evaluation forms, onboarding checklist, attendance tracker, HR reporting templates, job-description library and WhatsApp screening workflow — the systems the hiring process now runs on.
